Everything from regular communication and support in the leadup to the event, to adapting to last minute changes and creative problem solving on the day to set you up for success. A great event for you is a great event for us too. We believe that whilst there are other rooms for hire across our city, there are no other people like the Space team.
2. We're a Dedicated Meeting and Conferencing Venue
We are exclusively a meeting, conference and events centre, meaning our sole focus is you and your event. We don’t have hotel guests or restaurant patrons to pull our focus from supporting your event and setting you up for success. Because of this; you know you’ll be well supported as we always have staff on hand ready and available for you, even when you need to make last minute changes.
The Space also has a clean and professional look as giving your delegates the best first impression was our top priority when designing the venue. Our rooms are sleek and modern, whilst still providing the perfect blank canvas to compliment your company’s own style. Everything was designed to show your meeting, conference or event in it’s best light.
3. We're Easy to Access for Anyone
First impressions begin long before you step into a venue, so we have made things as convenient as possible for your delegates to attend an event at the Space before they even walk through the door. With free parking onsite, and additional overflow parking within a few minutes walk, gone is the anxiety of delegates figuring out where to park or fumbling around for loose change for a parking meter. We even provide parking attendants to help guide delegates to our overflow sites, so they can feel confident where to go.
All of our rooms are on the ground floor, with a clear and easy to understand layout. This is ideal for anyone, but especially those with additional mobility needs. Finally; all of this information is available quickly and easily on a handy “Attending an Event” page on our website, so event organisers and attendees can be reassured without having to pick up the phone.
