Lola focused on events and technology, presenting innovative ways tech can enhance event experiences. Holly worked on events and marketing, offering creative strategies to boost engagement and market presence.
Skills Beyond the Office
Lola and Holly also participated in masterclasses on finance, budgeting, communication, and customer service. They completed online training courses and enjoyed fun barista training. Additionally, they gained hands-on experience dealing with customers, from managing parking to serving teas and coffees. They tackled various challenges, honing their problem-solving skills and significantly improving their customer service abilities.
